Jay Star is a parking attendant with no life and hopes of making it big in the modeling scene. I was on my way home when she was writing me up a parking ticket. I tried to get out of it but nothing was working until I mentioned I was a photographer. We made a deal that I would take some pics and she would drop the ticket. She was a real sport, I unloaded my sac and my ticket.
